Why it feels so smooth

Every hair has a protective outer layer called the cuticle. Think of it as tiny overlapping roof tiles. Rough the tiles up and the hair looks frizzy and dull.

The Fujisan's teeth look jagged, but every corner is rounded. They travel over the cuticle instead of catching on it, so the hair stays smooth and sealed.

Between the teeth, fine grooves give each hair its own path to slide through. You glide through the section, take out weight as you go, and finish with a soft blend, never a harsh, blunt line.
